Domain & Email

• If transferring an existing domain, you remain responsible for domain costs with your current registrar until transfer completes.

• You warrant you have rights to all content provided

Renewals & Cancellation

• Service renews monthly until cancelled
• Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
• After cancellation, you may request a backup of your site files
• Regular pricing applies after promotional period ends (if applicable)

Support

• Email and portal support during business hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm AEST)
• Response time: typically within 1 business day
• Major redesigns, additional pages, or custom features quoted separately
